My Account located in the top right corner of the page offers you the ability to view all aspects of your trading account, Add/Withdraw funds, Upload Documents and much more. 

Overview: 

 



Add Funds and Withdrawal 

  • Enables you to make a deposit or place a withdrawal request with ease. 

 

Note – Deposited amounts are to be sent back to their original source if available. Therefore, a card deposit will always be returned to the card used to make the deposit. 


ADD FUNDS 


Selecting this option will display a case with the available payment methods.  


Note – Clicking on the payment method Credit/Debit Card, Skrill, Neteller…. And then on the desired amount will redirect you to our secure deposit pages.


Payment methods are tailored based on Ip, therefore, some local payment methods will be displayed additionally to the bellow. 


 

Verification Center 


Enables to securely upload your documents directly in your trading account. 

 

Furthermore, you will be able to see the status of the uploaded 

  1. Proof of Identity; and 
  2. Proof of Residence. 

Note – Document section holds a  which if hovered will display information concerning the acceptable documentation and size of document.

Leverage changes are applicable only for trades opened after the said change, any transaction place before will remain unaffected.

  1. Notifications – Here you can select which notifications you would like to receive automatically, if any. 

Note – Margin Call is an extremely important automated notification, which, will let you know when your account is reaching critically low levels which might cause a “ Margin Call “ closing your positions when bellow 50% margin.

  • Option will enable you to set a default amount to be displayed when deciding to Buy or Sell, enables you to launch trades faster with the desired amount.

  • Dark and Light platform teems;

  • Time Zone – Will display instrument time related information in the preferred time zone;

Reports 

 

  • Account Statement – Displays the financial history of your trading account; 

 


  • Closed Positions – Displays only your closed trading positions; 

 

 

  • Cancelled Orders – Displays the canceled Buy/Sell.

  • Enables you engage our support department in case you needed any type of assistance.
